HIDAYATULLAHSULBAR.COM, Mengasah agar selalu siaga terhadap bencana, siswa kelas 1a dan 1b SD Integral Al-Furqan Hidayatulah Mamuju lakukan kunjungan dalam agenda Field Trip ke kantor Basarnas Mamuju pada Selasa, tanggal 24 Januari 2023.
Muhammad Arif Anwar,S.Sos. MM. kepala kantor Pencarian dan Pertolongan Mamuju, merasa sangat senang mendapatkan kunjungan dari instansi sekolah “(Kunungan) Ini adalah pertama kalinya selama saya menjabat” ungkapnya.
Menurutnya, sekolah sudah saatnya mengenalkan kewaspadaan bencana terhadap peserta didik sejak dini mengingat kota Mamuju adalah salah satu daerah yang masih berpotensi terjadi gempa bumi sebagaimana terjadi pada awal Juni 2022 lalu.
Field Trip tersebut dilakukan di kantor Basarnas di jalan Poros Trans Sulawesi Barat, jalur dua Bandara Tampapadang, kelurahan Sinyonyoi kecamatan Kalukku kabupaten Mamuju.
Suasana kantor mendadak didominasi warna oranye, PDL Basarnas yang identik oranye tersebut menyatu dengan seragam olah raga peserta kunjungan belajar yang juga oranye.
Merasa banyak kecocokan, ditambah lagi pemandu acara mengenalkan alat alat operasi seperti hidrolik, chainsaw atau gergaji mesin, perahu karet, kendaraan roda empat yang dirancang khusus mampu menembus lokasi bencana saat evakuasi hingga alat pengaman diri (APD) inventaris badan Pencarian dan Pertolongan dengan bahasa yang gamblang membuat peserta mudah faham.
Selain pengenalan alat serta tugas pokok dan fungsi keberadaan Basarnas di tengah masyarakat, peserta diajak menikmati flying fox, Uwais siswa kelas 1a sangat senang bisa mendapat gilliran pertama menuruni tali dengan rajutan karmantel di badannya.
Menyusul teman temannya secara berurut mencoba permainan stimulasi yang menguji andrenaline itu.
Abdul Gafar, S.Pd. kepala sekolah SD Integral Al-Furqan mengatakan, antusiasme bukan hanya dari peserta namun dari walimurid yang sempat mendampingi putra putrinya di lokasi, bahkan menurutnya, ada beberapa yang meminta agar kegiatan serupa diadakan di sekolah atau obyek lainnya. (bash)
