Bukan tipe pendidik yang hadir di sekolah sekedar menggugurkan kewajiban, abai dengan regulasi sekolah lalu di tanggal tertentu mendapatkan tunjangan sehingga hidupnya sebuah perjalanan dari gaji ke gaji, tentu hal tersebut adalah balik adab.

HIDAYATULLAHSULBAR.COM, Mamuju – Di hadapan para kader dan jamaah Hidayatullah Mamuju, Wakil Bendahara Umum DPP Hidayatullah, Drs. H. Aghis Mahruri, MA dalam kesempatan pengajian umum di ruang utama masjid Al Walidain Hidayatullah Mamuju (27/11/2022) menyebutkan bahwa mengajar bagi profesi guru adalah amanah mulia.

Hal itu ditekankan mengingat hari guru baru saja ‘melintas’ dalam sanubari pendidik khususnya para guru di Hidayatullah Mamuju. Dan pada momen pengajian warga rutin yang diselenggarakan setiap sebulan sekali itu kembali menguatkan spirit menjalankan amanah sebagai guru.

Lebih jauh, ustadz Ruri (demikian sapaan murid muridnya) yang juga guru senior di kampus induk Ummul Quro Gunung Tembak Balikapapan tahun sembilan puluhan itu, mengutip ayat dalam surah Al Anfal;
﴿يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تَخُونُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱلرَّسُولَ وَتَخُونُوٓاْ أَمَٰنَٰتِكُمۡ وَأَنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ ٢٧﴾
Hai orang-orang yang beriman, janganlah kamu mengkhianati Allah dan Rasul (Muhammad) dan (juga) janganlah kamu mengkhianati amanat-amanat yang dipercayakan kepadamu, sedang kamu mengetahui. (QS. Al-Anfal : 27)

Hadirin yang kebanyakan guru di TK, SD, SMP dan SMA Integral Al Furqan itu diperjelas tentang makna ayat yang menerangkan larangan mengkhianati amanah yang diberikan.

Bukan tipe pendidik yang hadir di sekolah sekedar menggugurkan kewajiban, abai dengan regulasi sekolah lalu di tanggal tertentu mendapatkan tunjangan sehingga hidupnya sebuah perjalanan dari gaji ke gaji, tentu hal tersebut adalah balik adab.

Namun profil guru yang dimaksudkan adalah figur yang dapat dijadikan panutan peserta didiknya, memiliki dedikasi tinggi dan menjalankan amanahnya sebagai guru secara profetik – professional.

Sebagaimana ketua DPW Hidayatullah Sulawesi Barat, Drs. H. Mardhatillah yang dalam kesempatan sebelumnya memberikan pengantar, mempertegas bagaimana profil pendidik di musim turnamen sepak bola internasional empat tahunan yang diikuti oleh tim nasional pria senior anggota FIFA.

“Argentina menang apa hubunganya dengan kita, jangan sampai akibat nonton kelamaan sampai sampai tidak bisa bangun sholat tahajud apalagi subuh, itu sangat rugi”. Tegasnya.

Karena semua keberhasilan pada dasarnya adalah keberhasilan jamaah, ada ketaatan orang yang dipimipin, ada pemimpin yang menjadi figur dan patut dicontoh dan ditaati.

Menurutnya, sangat tidak patut jika bagus ibadahnya tapi tidak peka sosialnya, propesional kerjanya tapi masih menipiu. Maka idealnya adalah karakter yang seimbang yakni memiliki etos kerja tinggi namun ibadahnya berkualitas serta jujur dan memiliki loyalitas terhadap jamaah. (bash)
