Pengurus Daerah Hidayatullah Pasangkayu Targetkan Rakercab dan Rapat di Amal Usaha Tuntas Dalam Februari

HIDAYATULLAHSULBAR.COM – Pasangkayu. Sesuai dengan terget pada Februari tahun ini pengurus daerah Hidayatullah Pasangkayu rampungkan rapat kerja cabang (Rakercab) di empat DPC.

Selasa (22/02) lalu pelaksanaan Rakercab Hidayatullah Dapurang telah usai dilaksanakan di kampus pratama Hidayatullah Bulubnggu dengan menetapkan beberapa program kerja tahun 2022.

Dikatakan Gunawan, S.Pd.I ketua DPD Hidayatullah Pasangkayu agar seluruh pengurus DPC dalam lingkup kerjanya menguatkan soliditas antar person.

Menurutnya, tema yang diusung sudah sangat tepat dalam suasana kerja wilayahnya, konsolidasi jati diri, organisasi dan wawasan menuju standardisasi dan integrasi sistemik.

Juga ditekankan agar semua rangkaian rapat rapat kerja yang bersifat tahunan, baik di organisasi maupun di amal usaha agar tuntas dalam Februari ini mengingat Maret efektifitas kerja sudah harus dimulai.

Kesesuaian itu ditambahkan juga Amran, S.Pd. sebagai sekretaris usai Rakercab gabungan Duripoku dan Bambaira sehari setelah Rakercab Dapurang, ketika dihubungi Media Hidayatulah Sulbar (MHS) menekankan, pentingnya koordinasi dan silaturahmi antar pengurus harus dijaga.

“Silaturahmi antar pengurus harus dijaga agar suasana kerja menjadi harmonis” tegasnya. Dengan demikian alasannya capaian target akan mudah didapatkan.

Jalannya rapat tidak mutlak dilaksanakan di kantor, mengingat beberapa DPC Duripoku belum memiliki sarana tersebut, sehingga harus berlangsung di masjid sekalipun.

Seperti rapat rapat kerja di wilayah dan daerah sebelumnya, Rakercab di beberapa kecamatan kali juga mengevaluasi kinerja pengurus selama setahun yang telah lalu, merencanakan program kerja setahun yang akan datang dan membuat rencana keuangan yang sehat dan transparan.

Selain mengejawantahkan pogram dari pengurus daerah, seluruh pegurus DPC tidak lupa memprioritaskan isu strategis seperti ekspansi dakwah dan fundrising dari internal dan eksternal. (bash)
